However, certain categories of products have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the product. If the delivery of a product is delayed for an extended period of time the same will be informed to the user. Kindly note, due to certain regulatory requirements or carrier availability it may not be possible to supply products to certain areas and

locations. We will advise you if the area is not serviceable after you have placed your order. Transit times vary depending on your location and mode of dispatch opted for.

In 7 days except the following:

1. Products perishable in nature

3. Items that have been used or opened

4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.

5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

6. Items sourced or delivered outside India.

If you notice any physical damage on the product and not informing our Customer Care immediately from the date of delivery.

7. If you receive product damage during Transit(Delivery) Must Written on POD of Courier Boy , If You Did Not Write on POD Refund and Replacement not be Accept any More.

8. Products with damage or defect which is not covering manufacturer’s guarantee.

9. Damages and malfunctioning of the product due to misuse or incidental damage.

10. Returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
