Refund and Returns Policy

    • Please note, once the order is placed, the product can be exchanged [for only Indian customers (except Clearance Sale) and non-customized orders] if the customer is not satisfied.
    • Refund not allowed for any order. The product can be exchanged (Except Clearance Sale) for only Indian customers. 
    • For initializing the replacement process, please inform us immediately about the same by email – and exchange the product back to the given address in original condition and original packing within 3 business days of receiving the product.

    • If we are informed in time for an order made due to an error, and the cancellation is requested before the product is dispatched then we will refund entire paid amount for the product within 7 business days.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
