After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund and return policy below.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Sarfuddin Flutes:

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in the pricing or product description, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within [7 days] of receiving the product with details and photos of the defect or damage.

International orders (Because of high shipping cost and insurance)
Custom orders (Because the bansuri becomes non-usable for other customers)
Clearance sale

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
