Terms and Conditions

  1. Shipment Processing
    • All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • If the bansuri order is customized by the customer, it takes at least 5-7 business days for the order to ship.
    • A customised and clearness sale order can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. An order is considered a customised order if you request any change in the original manufacturing process including any extra engraving requests.
    • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.
  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    • Sarfuddin Flutes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  5. Damages
    • Sarfuddin Flutes is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us – 9006821896
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  6. International Shipping Policy
    • We currently do ship outside
  7. AFTER THE SHIPMENT DELIVERY
    • Please note, once the order is placed, the product can be exchanged (for only Indian customers and non-customized orders) if the customer is not satisfied. Refund for the product is not applicable for
      • International orders (Because of high shipping cost and insurance)
      • Custom orders (Because the bansuri becomes non-usable for other customers)

  8. Delivery Attempts
    • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification card or contact you for further instructions. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
  9. Incorrect Addresses
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  10. Undeliverable Packages
    • Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will result in additional shipping costs for re-shipping. The customer will be contacted to arrange for a re-delivery.
  11. Refused Deliveries
    • If a customer refuses delivery of a package, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs or duties fees incurred.
  12. Lost or Stolen Packages
    • Sarfuddin Flutes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, sarfuddin flutes will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  13. Shipping Carriers
    • We use

      to deliver our orders. The choice of carrier is at our discretion, based on service level, destination, and package characteristics.

  14. Force Majeure
    • Sarfuddin Flutes is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other major unforeseen events.
